I was so tired from my leg workout yesterday, I fell asleep right after dinner on a yoga mat I’ve laid out on my bedroom floor (since I don’t want to make my bed dirty from my gym clothes)
Before drowsing off, I remember worrying about my deadline that midnight, but I trusted my body clock to be awake by then since its only 8 pm by then. Welpp….. low and behold I wake up around 12:10 am and missed my deadline.
F*CK PROCRASTINATION!
Procrastination doesn’t really have any good in it, one recent example (again) is our family business logo we would like to commission. I was entrusted to commission our logo to a firm that also created Joel & Kat’s The Crunch Logo last April, but since we didn’t have the permit to operate the business yet, I didn’t made it as top priority, even if I was constantly pressured and reminded of it.

This September our business permit would be released and we are in dire need of a logo, so I immediately re-contacted the graphic designing firm, and in my surprise they raised their prices from ₱11,000 to ₱15,000. I know that ₱3,000 increase from the firm is justified, since it was over 6 months ago and there has been inflation of prices, but that ₱3,000 increase made my parents to re-consider commissioning it to that firm, and made me research other artist/firms. I was so disappointed, since I really wanted to work with that firm.
I REALLY needed to change this habit.
I would even argue, that this is one of the ROOT CAUSE of my social media addiction.
I drown myself in never-ending short-form content and instant dopamine to make me not worry of the things I need to do.
Procrastination has a lot of negative impact in my life, and if I wouldn’t change it. It would further ruin it!.
Procrastination is the cause of delaying my goals.
Procrastination is the cause of not pursuing my interest and hobbies.
Procrastination is the cause of my anxiety.
Procrastination makes me believe that there is enough time but in reality there isn’t.
Procrastination makes me believe theres a next time but in reality there isn’t.
Procrastination disqualifies me from having a latin honor title when I graduate.
PROCRASTINATION IS HINDERING ME TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF!
